Should I quit having expensive breakfasts everyday, or are they worth it?
I care a lot about my pecs and abs, so I’ve had the same routine for years.
-I don’t drink soda, and I’ve never ever drunk beer.
-I never have anything solid for breakfast, I usually have a juice.
-I can eat whatever I like for lunch, even pizza.
-I go either swimming laps or to jiu jitsu training 6 days a week.
-I never have anything for dinner except for a protein shake.
Lately, I got an expensive habit. A juice bar opened up close to my house. So instead of getting a canned of bottled 1-dollar juice, I have an 8-dollar juice.
-I used to have a can of V8, now I have a tall glass of fresh V8 juice straight-from-the-blender.
-I used to have a can of carrot juice, now I actually see the carrots being placed on the blender along with the freshly-squeezed orange juice.
Are my expensive breakfasts worth it, or should I go back to canned juice?
i think they are worth it obviously if you like what your doing then keep doing it, but there are two sides to your problem bright side and not so bright side
Bright side~ everything you are doing is good and healthy for you, its all fresh, and you like it, but more expensive
non bright side~ there are probably preservatives in the cans you used to buy which means they are less healthier for you, but they are cheaper.
so you could buy the cans, and go buy them fresh. but only have the fresh ones a few times of the week so that way your saving some money but still getting them
