Why am I still Constipated ?

Constipation has been an ongoing problem since I was in high school… Like if I eat rice, meat bread with no vegetables/fruits that day, I would have no BM for sure. so I’ve been eating very healthy for quite some time now, exercising and everything seems fine, and I haven’t had BM for the last 2 days !! why !?? I know that I treated myself with mcdonalds fries and nuggets 3 days ago, but that was the only day that I ate something like that !

Again, why is THIS question in the Newborn & Baby section?? Drink water and take a laxative or go to the doctor. Also try eating lots of fiber and lots of fruits and vegetables. Good luck with your BM.
