Gold Bullion Coins Trade Well As Gold Price Rises
For the first time in six months the value of gold has reached $1000 per ounce. The move could be seen as a sign that investors believe the worst of the global recession is over. Or it might be that investors are using gold as a safety net against depression.
Over the previous year gold’s value has risen 13.6%, showing it is still one of the most favoured investment choices during inflation. This could be viewed two ways. It could be a sign that the recovery is over and things are getting back to normal.
If you are optimistic and see the rising value as a sign of economic recovery, buying gold bullion coins before their price gets any higher could make for clever trading. You will be able to sell at a higher price. On the other hand, if you own any gold bullion coins now would be a good time to sell.
