Feel more and more depress. What wrong with me?
I’m born in east Canada. I had to move to British Columbia 8 months ago for my work. My fiancé had to stay back east and will just be able to follow me in 2 years.
Since I moved here I got more and more depressed. I don’t have any appetite. I lost about 10 pounds since I’ve been in BC.
I had a lot of problem making simple decisions or doing a simple task like the dishes or vacuuming my one bedroom apartment. Many times it can take me 3 hours to come to a decision on what I’m gonna eat.
I’m also unable to keep my attention on a task for more then 15 minutes.
Sometime I can’t sleep more then 5 hours a night and other time I can sleep 12 hours but still feeling tired when I wake up.
I also have a lot of problem with my digestive system.
For my emotions I feel helpless and empty most of the time. For the last month, when I’m alone I had episodes of crying where I can’t control myself.
Can somebody tell me what’s my problem?
No easy answers for depression that bad. Talk to your doctor.
