How rare is a 1957 A Series blue seal 1 dollar silver certificate?
It also has low serial numbers and is in uncirculated condition. Any idea of value?

Here is a link with general references though the low serial number will most certainly be worth a bit more but probably not too much. I suggest finding the reference book mentioned, and you might find it at your local library. A local coin & currency dealer or two may also be able to help.
